Why does the video keep pixilating? Wow this is some good video though! awesome clear shot and it seems to be rotating real slow.

This is actually a second vid from Southampton, the first one was taken from inside a car. What is strange is that the craft/balloon/kite or whatever they are, are slightly different.

It looks like an ordinary kite to me, missing a thread.
