Abduction Theory

I was wondering about abductions and experiences at night. Could it be many of you are experiencing poltergeists or other supernatural phenomena? I have noticed many have been sleeping or in a state of becoming awake when a lot of the experiences happened. I also have read where poltergeists can cause physical signs on the body, along with throwing stones and making noises in the house (like footsteps). Either way, it is a scary thought to have someone or something in the house who is not wanted whether it is an alien or a poltergeist. I would like some thoughts on those who were abducted.
