A schoolboy aged 12 has been identified as an al-Qaeda inspired extremist after sending beheading videos to his classmates, police have disclosed.
Anti-terrorism chiefs have said the example revealed how violent extremism is spreading “like a virus infecting young minds”.

The blond, white schoolboy from West Yorkshire is among 120 people being dealt with by police in a new anti-terrorism scheme targeting al-Qa’eda inspired youths.

The number of suspects uncovered so far – 124 - was "higher than expected", Sir Norman added.

They have been referred to the police and other agencies by schools, community leaders, mosques and others.

"We are trying to intervene early. We are trying to snuff out violent extremism," said Sir Norman.

Well people better stop sending videos of beheading and ATS better clean the archives because if this hits the US we all going to be tagged Al Qaeda Extremist and ATS with all the topics of it, will pretty much will fit the profile of Al-qaida headquarters.

How disgusting! I knew a little boy age 11(now 30 yo) who used to surf a site that has gruesome images and he grew up to be respectable normal non- al qaeda decent person. These gov agencies have gone off the deep end.

Pretty soon they will be charging pets too. This just shows how far they want to push the war on terror, aka totalitarism, agenda and how quick they want to do it. Charging 12 year olds with ANYTHING is beyond moronic. They are minors for a reason, and it seems someone in the police lost the plot.

Mark my words, Alex Jones will twist this story around to use as a bolstering to his position that our government is trying to "recruit" blonde haired, blue eyed boys into Al Qaida. This is exactly the type of story that he gets ahold of and profanes to suit his fairy tales.

Well he got what he deserved in my opinion...

Beheading video's are wrong... to send them to other vulnerable children is sickening...

If nothing else, I hope he is punished for his actions.

For once, I stand by this decision.

Reminds me of a guy I used to work with, who used to bluetooth similar video's to people in the warehouse. Some of the video's were very vile, not just executions but torture and violent pornographic images that were depraved and shocking....

I hope it teaches this boy a lesson.

I wouldn't label him a terrorist but I would be asking the parents of the child why on earth he has access and possession of video/images such as beheadings etc

It's true what they say! The bigger the lie, the easier it is to tell it.

Pretty soon they'll invent a new law decreeing that all anti-social behavior is terrorism. The kid needs therapy, not a record.

Didn't take em long. That story from the Bilderberg convention just came out about blonde blue eyed people as terrorists and the need to chip everyone in the US to 'protect' them.

Give me a break. For distributing videos of things that have happened...

as gruesome as those videos are, there are plenty of other videos on the net which depict people dying... it doesn't mean the people who have watched them and pass them on condone the people in them.

I've seen plenty of videos where skateboarders break their arms... and passed them along.
I neither like skateboarding, nor do I suggest you go and break an arm.


This is getting rather out of control. People are so afraid of terrorism, they're locking away children.


Look at it this way. The conventional aim of terrorism is to create fear and panic...

While I agree that Al Qaeda is a fabrication of the establishment, I can't say I have seen I've seen convincing evidence of the latter part of your statement. Care to elaborate (at your convenience, of course)?
