UFO pursued by military Chinook helicopter in Washington USA.

www.australia.to

WASHINGTON, USA - A military helicopter was photographed pursuing a super fast UFO in Washington State, America last week.

A High resolution image taken at a speed that freezes the rotor blades of the helicopter could not capture more than a blur of the UFO being pursued.

James Gilliland's ECETI Ranch is the location where UFO enthusiasts gather to watch "lightships" at night and hyper velocity UFOs by day.

Mr Gilliland is often ridiculed by the Billy Meier UFO group ( religion ) which appears to claim exclusive rights to authorized UFO encounters. Mr Gilliland said "These photographs were taken by guests with multiple eyewitnesses just a few of hundreds of photos and 70 hours of footage along with witnesses like triple PhD Boeing Engineers, Air Force Base Commanders, pilots like Pierre and Nigel as well as physicists from all walks of life."

Looks like any of a thousand photos of birds. And even if it isn't, is there anything other evidence to go with it, or is it just another photo of something we don't know what is. We got a few thousand of those lying around, too.

Bleh.

isn't that kinda like taking a knife to a gun fight?

Chopper verses UFO.. seems like they would break out at least a jet if they were going to chase something at high speeds

Though I sure would like to know who these people below were and what their take on it was.

It looks like the usual bug close up to me.
Sorry.

Well at least its somewhat better than the alleged Cardiff UFO. There were no pictures in that case, but people go crazy over it. At least in this instance they got a high res picture of it.

Funny how people flock to something that holds no evidence but word of mouth, but when there is a picture, they are quick to shoot it down. Ironic to me.

I've been wanting to go down to Gilliland's ranch for a while now. It's only a few hours drive for me. I definitely believe there's something there and is probably connected somehow to Mt Adams. Curious, though, what's so special about Adams when its a virtual twin to Rainier and Baker and yet you hardly hear any reports of activity around those two. Anyway, nice find and I agree with you about how odd it is for everyone to act like a giddy little schoolgirl over word of mouth stories, yet suddenly turn into Myth Busters the instant a photgraph or video turns up. Between UFOs, Ghosts, and cryptos it never fails to amaze me that, like clockwork, 99% of the responses to the footage or still will fall into the "That is definitely a bug/lens flare/matrixing" category.

To make matters even worse, now as sightings escalate I've noticed a trend towards planting a new seed of doubt to fall back on should the day arive when the photos and videos are clearly NOT bugs. That safety net is "government holographic projection." Between painting the media as being completely and totally untrustworthy, the disbelievers have managed to guarantee themselves a shot at deniabillity by saying "See, we predicted holographic conspiracies by the government and of course the MSM is in on it, so you can't believe those alien ships you saw on the Special Report that cut into the baseball game last night." Very discouraging and disheartening if you allow it to be.

To me looks like one of the many bird photo's too, bird much closer then the chopper and bam, big blur.

And chasing UFO's or even birds with a Chinook, not really the best choise. Chinooks are lardass slow as heck, even a fly could fly circles around it at full speed.

Interesting - thanks for the post.

I happen to live in Washington State and I never saw or read about it on the news here.

Though I can tell you in the mountains here there are many hard to reach areas with rough terrain that would make perfect temporary hideouts for Aliens, Sasquatch's or whatever.

The mountain logging roads often washout between harvests (30-60 years) and sometimes areas don't get accessed for years except by a few hunters, hikers and tree farmers counting their money. Even then the most rugged terrain remains untouched and there's quite a few air crashes never found or recovered. If I was a non-human studying this planet that would be my choice of temporary camps if I couldn't fit in amongst people in the cities.

Great post Burdman. If you do go up to the ranch, you should definitely make a thread about it-I for one would be EXTREMELY interested to hear your experience there. I have seen and heard all manner of bizzare things from so many witnesses that have gone there, that even if I was a cynic, I would be scratching my head. I too plan on making a trip up there someday. It is a very special location IMO.

Awesome thread Mad_Hatter! Starred and Flagged.

Okay, I have enlarged and enhanced the "blur" with image sharpening.

Take it for what you will:

You know, when I look at that blur I kinda get an impression of an F-117 - it's just a feeling, I know they mostly fly at night and all. The article suggests that the witnesses saw it with their own eyes, but did they? Or did this just pop up after downloading the camera? Cos then it could very well just be a fly.

Also look at the framing of the shot - the Chinook is centred but the blur is way off to the left, what would you centre on if you thought you were looking at a UFO??

Its got weird distortion on the top and bottom of the craft.

Here is another enhancement done with a "color negative" and image sharpening.

DD & burdman,

I live in Washington State and have been over to the trout lake area before. I would also like to check it out before the end of the summer. I'd definitely take a decent camera and report my observations to ATS!
Party on...

Yeah it make the whole story seem bogus, especially since they go on about "hypervelocity" UFOs, lol... A 200mph chinook is hardly what you use for that.

This is true, but the photos are still interesting. It would be cool to have a specialist take 'em out for a spin.

They would not chase down anything with a Chinook. It is specifically not a pursuit vehicle(an Apache would be better suited). It is a transport (and a shoddy one at best), but this could possibly mean something or someone was transported to or from a site on the ground.

I am not saying that the above scenario is the case, but its more possible than the Chinook chasing the craft. More than likely, the military choppers were busy with another task and they called that 'pursuing'.
