I live in sunny southern New Mexico, where it is as hot as hell. I hate hot weather, and every summer day, I think maybe I will move to Alaska.
Hot weather sucks, BAD!! 
I am personally much more productive when it is 40F out, than when it is 110F.
When it is cool I feel good, and want to work hard. When it is 100, I just want to lay on the couch with the A/C on.
