Just wondering if anyone else's U2U ability is temporarily disabled?

Here's the message I get when checking :

U2U System Is Temporarily Disabled.

I bolded and italicized it for emphasis.

I know there was a maintenance issue earlier with the entire site as I couldn't get on for hours. Guess this is a glitch left over from that, or maybe the Three Amigos are working on improving it. Who knows.
