If ever there was a man who represented free speech it was this man. A sad day to see him go.

I remember seeing his for the first time on the first season of SNL. he was a reallygood comedian. He was a nice guy, but made it out to be like he hated everyone and life. His comedy was dark, about death and hate. But he was really a good person.

Im young...24. But I saw him in Vegas when I was 15. Loved him. I think his comedy was dark, but man it brightened up my day.

Good Bye to one of the best comedians EVER .

He had the guts the say what he saw and felt was wrong with human nature and what was wrong with this nation . And make us laugh and think OMG he made people think heaven forbid .

In my eyes he is the last of the great patriots he exercised all of his rights to the fullest . He opened your mind as he made you laugh . His political commentary, activism was artfully blended with outrageous humor He was one in 10 million or 1 in a billion .

The other side needed a weather forecaster the Hippy dippy weatherman is on his way .

At least he wont see how far down this slope we slide .

George you brought great humor and critical thinking to the thoughts of any one who watched you we will all miss you .

I will always be grateful for all the laughs you have given this world .

He needs a 21 gun salute .
