I think as part of the offer, they, the amigos, wish to hold 20% of the 100% sale at the close of the deal.

The Above Network, LLC owns ATS, and we (The Three Amigos) own The Above Network, LLC.

If you read what I typed in my "not serious" offer to Buck, I said we would RETAIN 20% after collecting $75,000,000.00 USD (thus indicating we would only sell 80% for that wild amount of money
).

Retaining has nothing to do with how much we own now. Retain means to keep after an action or incident.

So, yes you misunderstood, completely.

I mean on a serious level, for $10 -$20 million they would sell? Interesting.

I'll tell you what, Buck, just for you we'll let ATS go at the bargain basement price of $75,000,000.00 USD in cash plus the following:

We (The Above Network, LLC) retain 20% ownership, all of our existing restrictions on advertisers (especially the one where we will never allow ANY advertiser/investor or anyone else, dictate, limit or control the content in any way) and our existing Terms and Conditions remain in force for at least the next ten years.

Dealio?

Springer...

Ok, I just contacted Profit Yahweh and he said he wants to buy ATS.
He is sure he can "summon" the cash.

They won't sell a golden goose for any amount. These guys are career netfreaks serving information to a global network filled with riches beyond the brick and mortar reality.

What, you guys would go the way of joe firmage and stumble to a crumble for few croners..

I know you(s) take a beating but, think of the fame and fortune waiting in all your futures.

I will say an old proverb I made up when I was in my own business.

Never let a good thing go by way of money, because next time will take it all away.

They pay me 10 grand a month just to walk into a thread, have a few drinks, hang out in R.A.T.S. and sign a few autographs....so they must be making SOMETHING!!!!!

I gotta' have a long talk with my union rep; I'm doing twice the work for half that much and partly sober most of the time.

Life is so unfair.

Is that you Gabby Johnson?

I said everyone has their price, I didn't say the amigos were cheap sell outs (they are but I didn't say it).

Even as a stand alone site it's realistic, current market value is in the $10,000,000 - $20,000,000.00 range to the right buyers.

Yea, you wrote it...

I changed my mine.... for $75,000,000,000... SELL!.

Than you can hack the new owners to death and live it out on a tropical island. Buy it back for pennies on the dollar with an offer in compromise.

Do it all over again.

No look at it again that is $20 million. He added the decimal points .00 that is why it looks larger.
