The Above Network, LLC owns ATS, and we (The Three Amigos) own The Above Network, LLC.

If you read what I typed in my "not serious" offer to Buck, I said we would RETAIN 20% after collecting $75,000,000.00 USD (thus indicating we would only sell 80% for that wild amount of money ).

Retaining has nothing to do with how much we own now. Retain means to keep after an action or incident.

So, yes you misunderstood, completely.
