Just wondering though, lets say for arguments sake the spaceship is
10 Kilometers wide, how can you possible determine that when the stars
themselves are only the size dots. Especially using Backyard scopes.

And just for the record at the time of my (and many other ufologist) receiving our emails years back, we too went searching for any information and we also scanned the skies, just as a good researcher should.. We got sucked in also by this guy. So before you begin any finger-pointing and sad attempts at wit-less humor, why not try and do a little research first on your own. I think Mike Singh is doing a great job and has earned our respect. If its way out there, its gonna be hard to get images of them without some pretty good equipment, without it being just a dot in the sky, which in that case not very many would take seriously. I have a pretty decent telescope and pair of binoculars, but at the present time no camera adapter (I know its like 10 bucks). I've been meaning to pick one up, which its just a piece of plastic which allows you to mount a camera directly to the telescope. I'll take a look and see, but its like trying to find a needle in a 100,000 foot haystack.

thanks for sharing this. i stuck it in paintshop and upped the contrast/brightness and clarity, and I do see something. An immense circle, oblique to the camera's eye (i think oblique is the right word for it). imagine looking at a coin or something fairly circular and not terribly thick, as if it were laying on the side of a mountain and you're viewing it from its edge, across its surface. but that doesn't mean much, since it could be any number of things situated in space between here and there.

problem with photographic equipment is it is set to only show YOU the obvious, even if it can see the less obvious. especially for long distances like that, where your target is a bright object. examples are rows of trees between your camera and a bright mountain in the background. the farther away the mountain is, the more translucent the trees become.
