For this to finally be released to the public or just finally people noticing it... Is this a conspiracy of a hidden doom? Or is it that our technology and understanding of the universe is finally coming together for us "intelligent" beings.

With all of the talk concernining disclosure... if they keep secrets for so long would this actually mean we are on a need to know basis now? Is something going to happen or have they decided that the world needs to know just for scientific reasons?

I saw an article on this earlier tonight on Yahoo, and on Space.com. Didn't sound like they were saying they have definately spotted something, just that it could be there. Either way, an interesting read.

Thats true, they haven't stated finding anything. Normally when they report on it though they do so because it is promising. I believe there will be something else found. All of the small plutoids past pluto found they say dont make up for the anomaly they are looking for. Maybe the curiosity has finally cause much due attention to surface. Before we start exploring other galaxies we should explore our own anyways. Its like Knowing your dying from Aids and you being the one that finds the cure for Cancer... Its no point to you but its an amazing discovery!
