What's up with all these "Win a free trip to Las Vegas" and "Photo Caption Contest" threads? Isn't this a site devoted to the intelligent discussion of topics such as conspiracy theories and UFOs? Aren't we supposed to be denying ignorance, not running photo caption contests?
