Not a pilot, flew a cesna once but I don't think that counts.

But have to agree with a couple others on the SR-71.

If that ain't the sexiest plane every created, I don't know what is.

my fav aircraft has to be the apache and next the lynx
my 2nd fav plane has to be the YF23 black widow and next the harrier
but my fav has to be the submarine spitfire loved it

f-22 raptor,or the f 117, or maybe the su 37 i like a lot

For its time the F4-Phantom II would get my vote.

plus first "real" jet fighter, the ones that came before did'nt quite measure up as true fighters, more like operational testing for jet fighters.

i wouldnt say that the me262 was quite impressive

I actualy love the old classic. The Hellcat.

My favorite air craft is the B-2 bomber becaus it is stealt and it is very hard to ditect by radar .so it can fly all over the warld with out using cheff and flair.
