Well guys? flares that hover for long long periods of time??? Or Hovering ufo's?? There are certain oblects in this video that stay in the same position, some on the right that dip down and fall? There are trucks in the foreground that show these objects are way in the distance and the film does not appear to be fake din anyway..... so? You decide.
