A lipstick tube with a button on top that would shoot out

an inch bullet that would separate like shrapnel and

Like The Philadelphia experiment perhaps?? Also, on a serious not moving on from my posting of the Elmo pic previously, I think an ultimate weapon would be a biological one such as those microscopic cells sized robots which are like a manmade virus. Kind of like a human-made cancer whereby its speed can be electroncally controlled by a human. If the speed is turned up it just eats you away in one minute and your entire skeleton is gone.
