LOCATION: New Mexico
CONTRACT VALUE: $343,684
DATE: September 2006
SCOPE: Design and construction of 1672 SF SCIF at a U.S. Air Force Facility. Work included all architectural design, engineering, quality controls and construction to upgrade an existing area to meet the requirements of DCID 6/9. Key components included STC 50 walls and ceilings, acoustic door assemblies, sound masking systems, fire detection system modification, HVAC systems, electrical systems as well as special security hardware, such as Lockmasters LKM-7003 with Kaba-Mas X-09 Locks. This project required careful planning and coordination due to its location within a restricted access facility.

Okay, a rather small SCIF was built back in 2006.
