A cancer patient has made a full recovery after being injected with billions of his own immune cells in the first case of its kind, doctors have disclosed.

The 52-year-old, who was suffering from advanced skin cancer, was free from tumours within eight weeks of undergoing the procedure

After two years he is still free from the disease which had spread to his lymph nodes and one of his lungs.

Doctors took cells from the man's own defence system that were found to attack the cancer cells best, cloned them and injected back into his body, in a process known as "immunotherapy". After two years he is still free from the disease which had spread to his lymph nodes and one of his lungs.

Experts said that the case could mark a landmark in the treatment of cancer

I found this on the Drudge Report, so this is not B.S. This could quite possibly be the biggest medical discovery in history if it proves to be true.

Actually this is not new news. It is the rip-off of the work of Dr Sam Chachoua from over 15 years ago. He is still fighting corporations and corrupt legal systems in the USA to prove his own work is his own work.

As for the biggest medical discovery in history - doubt it. All this does is prove that the human immune system is more competent that is generally recognised.

I think there have been a lot of discovered cures to various types of cancer. If they don't monetarily benefit big pharma, they have tendency of disappearing off the radar screen. Especially when the FDA never approves them for use.

Cancer is big business man...there's never going to be a cure.

Even though, said "injection" seems to be somewhat logical...immune cells not fighting off the cancer, then use more cells...unfortunately things like this will probably never catch on. As the poster said, if it's hard to make money from it, it's not a "cure".

Thank you for posting this. It is good to know. Simple logic with an obvious effect. Some of the best solutions to our problems are right under our nose.

Have any of you ever herd about the benefit of taking a daily dose of apricot seeds and its ability to prevent cancer ?
