Thats called an Avatar, And first you need to find a pic you like,
160 X 320 pixels is the size,

Well, an easy way of doing it is to load the image to Paint and save it as a JPEG, then go to the memcenter and click on the "member upload space" tab.

Browse to the directory with the image you want to upload, and save the link that is provided once it's loaded.

You can then paste the link into the "Account settings" part of the member center under the "Avatar URL" heading.

Max dimensions are 160 x 320 (i think).

You can find all this out and more by clicking the link marked FAQ, of course.
