How about a limo tour of Area 51?

Promotional ideas.

If I know anything about Vegas, it's that people like free stuff. They spend and spend, and if someone is handing out a freebee, no matter what it is, they will flock to it, so...

- Wear, and hand out t-shirt, buttons, pens, etc with your logo, etc on it
- Burn some of your existing shows on CD, and hand them out.
- Make Decks of cards and poker chips with your logo (gamblers, specifically poker players, like collecting chips.
- Have some sexy ATS member dress up as a showgirl and hand out cards (all the casinos do this).
- AT the hotel you are staying at, work with the hotel to have them flash your name on the outside light boards from time to time...ie THE LUXOR WELCOMES THE ATS MIX CREW...WWW.ABOVETOPSECRET.COM
-If possible, rent a fancy car, or limo, and have your name on the side, just drive around handing out the free stuff.
-Interview people on the street asking them about different topics you talk about on the show...tell them you may use their interviews (and do)...and let them know where to go to hear them...people like to be "famous"

That's just a few off the top of my head.

By doing the kind of thing TPTB don't like... I'd set up a pirate radio station and air BTS Mix shows, past, present and future.

If you guys put up $10,000 dollars for me to play in the world series of poker main event, I'd gladly wear a BTS Mix tee shirt for the TV cameras to see while I play.

I'd tell everybody to sign lots of petitions & gather into massive peaceful rallies to convince their State governments to declare their States' Sovereignty, just like Oklahoma...Also to urge for huge independent (unaffiliated with the Feds) investigations into how nearly all Federal Officers have violated their Constitutional Oaths of Office! I'd also announce very loudly & frequently how the truth can be found at AboveTopSecret.Com & pretty much anything can be discussed at ATS/BTS/PTS!
(Ummm...This will get the best coverage if Extralien also gets to set up those pirate radio broadcasts to air nationwide )

Sensfan has a few good ideas but can't win, so I'd also be sure to include them too...Giving Sensfan the credit as a forum member at the AboveNetwork...

Besides that, my birthday comes up in August & I really wouldn't mind celebrating it a bit early...

Well, the new X-Files movie is coming out soon, which would be a great promo tool for spreading the word on secret govt. conspiracies of all types, including aliens.

I would dress up as FBI agents from the X-Files, perhaps give a few tickets away, walk around with a camera and microphone and record what people really think is going on with the govt. today.
people love being on camera, especially drunk people.
You could go around and ask questions like, "do you think aliens really exist?"
"is the govt. coverng up the truth about aliens or the war in iraq?"
"what do you think the truth about Al quieda and bin Laden is?"
Hell, you could ask just about anything you want and people would give you all type of answers since they are already drunk.

That would surely promote the show and ATS because people would want to know what its for.
anyway, just an idea, could be really fun.
and yeah free stuff is always a good idea so t-shirts, hats, or even ATS mardi gras beads could get people wanting to volunteer.

after the contestant answer the questions, you could give them a cd with some past shows or a card with the website telling them to visit to see if they made it on the show... either way, theyll at least visit the site...

it only took me one visit to the site before i was hooked...

Maybe those of us who live close enough or can afford to travel can all call for the free hotel tix and whether or not we get on the show have us a big ATS/BTS party in Vegas! I'm overdue for a trip there myself...enough though it always gets me in trouble
