Well El Presidente is seeking to do some offshore oil drilling to ease the price at the pumps. He's also enquiring about ANWR again. McCain is opposed to drilling in Alaska but in favor offshore drilling. Obama, according to CNSnews, would not be in favor of any kind of drilling.

Is there a "middle ground" capitalists and environmentalists can agree on? I'd love to hear it.

It's the old carrot and the stick!

First they beat us with the stick, then we beg them to stop.

And they get to eat our carrots.

Now we start to see what they are starving us out for.
If you give away to the oil companies what every American owns, then they will be happy to sell it back to us for grossly inflated prices.

SUCKER!
