Romanian MiG-21 almost collides with UFO

Hello. I have lurked here a long time now but this is my actual first topic .

I have look around here if someone else didn't post it yet so if I somehow didn't notice it I apologise for a repost.

I notice this event on a Czech website, it was very brief and actually linked only to this site:

From what I understand of the text is that the UFO scratched the MiG's cockpit leaving the pilot lightly injured, luckily he managed to land safely.
Romanian Department of Defense says it couldn't be any ice / meteor particles or a bird. It was practise flight in the skyes above Transylvania and the collision itself took 67 miliseconds.

Well those are the only information I was able to read up. I couldn't do any research because I was busy all day but I will return to it tomorrow or maybe later today.

I saw the same picture on another thread here about a month ago.

The only relevent footage was so poor it could've been a bird or anything plausible. No radar readings?
