rounding up the terrorist's

A quick question guy's. If you where asked to start rounding up terrorist, who would be the first one you would go for?

Mine would Be Bush, followed closely by Blair.

When we round up these two terrorists, maybe then future President's and PM'S will thick twice before starting terrorist wars against their own, to enable them to start wars for oil.
