Please someone help me I have an email that I would like to attach but don,t know how.
All email address have been deleted so they can not be contacted.

From what I think I understand you want to do:
I think you want to post an email?
You'd just highlight the text you want to post then right click and "copy" and then right click on the forum and "paste" the text onto the forum.

I thought that there maybe another way like a document download?
Maybe the mods may know?

Anytime I have ever seen an email posted on ATS it was simply copy/pasted into the post. I suppose you could create a document of the message and
upload it to a hosting site, and then post a link in the post (Be sure to censor any personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses,
street addresses etc, though, that is frowned upon here).
