yep i have seen this for myself.. my great grandmother had one...

But you just go and get the wings clipped... lol she named it Unicorn lol

I saw this the otherday....I think they're cute....But I guess that most of the cats that have that deformity are named Angel....

But it is a strange deformity indeed
.....Because they are like accual wigs, some can even move them.
