Cruise missiles or something else?...

Geese could be flying anywhere from 1,000 feet to 30,000 feet depending if they migrating and how far, the longer the migration the higher they fly.

I would expect cruise missle to look thinner and longer than they appear on this video, although I don't think you could really take to much from this video for the shape.

It wasn't radar or a position from any AWACs as from the beginning of this video you can see he's looking at a bridge on the ground and something goes past the bottom left of the screen so he pans around to have a look to see what it is.

Ok, let's say that he did jag it, and was lucky enough to see the objects while checking out the bridge. The rest of my comments are still valid. He didn't kill them, so not Iraqi. The video title doesn't mention birds. They aren't birds.
