for signs of child abuse so they can take the

This could have major advantages when it comes down to missing or abducted children. But that means "big brother is watching you!" perminantaly

The should just collect every child in teh country and store them in huge areans across Britain

One more bit of privacy gone. Next step might as well be to raise children for the parents in large complexes, kind of like in Brave New World. Wonder when the US will pick up on this idea?

i t seems that all govts are trying to get in the business of personal investigation. the govts now think that it is their place to be involved in YOUR personal life. what books do you read, what music do you listen to, what groups do you belong to, we can set up random roadblocks, we can monitor your children, we can tell you who you can 'get married to'. ..........since when is it the govts place to be involved in our personal life?????

if you are not hurting someone..why should the govt care??.....govts are going more and more to the 'YOU ARE UNDER SUSPICION UNTILL YOU PROVE YOUR INNOCENSE'......

i've worked in law enforcement and there is a VERY large majority that thinks that if you are not a cop....you are probably doing something illegal....

former 'democratic' govts seem to be moveing away from that and move to controll the population.........govts have turned into corporations................concerned with the bottom line only

clearmind > indeed, it seems the general oppinion of government is that the people are too stupid to do anything for themselves so they must make all our decisions for us. all these patriotic ads go on about life, liberty and such, but thats only the life and liberty of those who think they know more about how we should live than ourselves.
