I agree with you, but doubting something because it's on a conspiracy site in PDF without looking into it could be equally dubious...
www.okhouse.gov...
There's a more valid source, looks like it passed...
Between what you termed Swallowing Garbage, and Towing the Line, I think I'd rather Swallow Garbage.

Judge’s 1804 Ruling Undermined by Presidential Executive Order in OK

that must be one of the reasons why they are trying fix this nation through our constitution. Revelation doesnt need to happen we can fix this ourselves if we all work together.

So what is your point?

More of a question really. Could there be a connection? There is plenty of conspiracy theory surrounding the events of that day. And now Oklahoma may find themselves at the forefront of a battle for the return of sovereignty. Such declarations of liberty are not taken kindly by the Federalists.

If there is some connection, it would certainly have to be found in the reasons of why Oklahoma has decided to take this step. What do they hope to gain? What have they suddenly lost? Why are they doing this now?

By the way, to be clear, I am all for it, but something just doesn't feel right here. Is this just going to be something that gets swept under the carpet and forgotten about again?

I am also against violent action unless absolutely necessary. If OKC was meant to spawn a new revolution, they failed miserably, and actually paved the way for further erosion of liberty. But of course, that's just my opinion.

EDIT to add: Just seems to be too much of a coincidence for me, that the affront against Federal authority centers in Oklahoma once again.

Timothy McVeigh claimed he did it because of Waco and Ruby Ridge because the government was stealing peoples rights. That was his revenge. Hmmm Jack
