The fact that you even ask this question sir belies the uselessness of answering; how do explain the color blue to the blind? Or conversely, with the belligerent overtones of your phrasing, the inability to explain concepts understood only from within the animating contest of true liberty to one who actually thinks that he is free in a parliamentary democracy? Everybody with any brains already knows what you're saying, so why do you need to give out old, non-specific, ambiguous statements about evolving geopolitics as though they're prophetic, or revealing?
