Just saw that, too. The binary translates to h according to this site:

it is certainly Hexadecimal...

This is what i have got so far:

code = hex = binary

10a6 = 4262 = 0001000010100110
78cd = 30925 = 0111100011001101
66e1 = 26337 = 0110011011100001
901d = 36893 = 1001000000011101
e007 = 57351 = 1110000000000111
556a = 21866 = 0101010101101010
111b = 4379 = 0001000100011011
c0c7 = 49351 = 1100000011000111
59bf = 22975 = 0101100110111111
cdaf = 52655 = 1100110110101111

00010000101001100111100011001101011001101110000110010000
00011101111000000000011101010101011010100001000100011011
10000001100011101011001101111111100110110101111

4262 30925 26337 36893 57351 21866 4379 49351 22975 52655

Dont know what to do with that yet though

(edit to add line breaks to binary as it made the post too wide. should be no line breaks)

It's driving me crazy, I've seen this code before, I think in the "find the rings" game but other places also. I'm 3 into a 12 pack so hopefully that will help with the stress.

My first thought was ASCII/ANSI codes, so I stuck it in here but didn't get anything

The text symbols it codes for are: ¦xÍfáàUjŽ³›/

The decimal/hex values are too high for it to be a ASCII conversion. And as it is in groups of 4 hex values it cant be a RGB conversion. The previous solution to a number cypher wont work as there is a zero in it and no zero conversion. Im stuck lol

Maybe the fact that "R U RDY" is upside-down is meant to be a hint? Just throwing ideas out...

ok this is what i got so far:

10a6 = 4262 = 00010000 10100110 or 16 166
78cd = 30925 = 01111000 11001101 or 120 205
66e1 = 26337 = 01100110 11100001 or 102 225
901d = 36893 = 10010000 00011101 or 144 29
e007 = 57351 = 11100000 00000111 or 224 7
556a = 21866 = 01010101 01101010 or 55 106
111b = 4379 = 00010001 00011011 or 17 27
c0c7 = 49351 = 11000000 11000111 or 192 199
59bf = 22975 = 01011001 10111111 or 89 191
cdaf = 52655 = 11001101 10101111 or 205 175
1a1e = 6686 = 00011010 00011110 or 26 30

00010000101001100111100011001101011001101110000110010000000111
01111000000000011101010101011010100001000100011011110000001100
011101011001101111111100110110101111

4262 30925 26337 36893 57351 21866 4379 49351 22975 52655 = 306994

16 166 120 205 102 225 144 29 224 7 55 106 17 27 192 199 89 191 205 175 26 30 = 2550

Ive added up the values for 1 byte and 2 bytes incase they were threat id's but they dont seem to be important threads.

Hopefully this will help someone. I have to nip out for a hour..

In the image with the hex and the weird glyphs, something came to mind, they also used a 'big basin drone' image as shown by another user, could this be in the same 'language' Isaac Caret explained in his docs?

As for the hexadecimal codes, I'm going to look further at those, that is right up my street as a computer programmer and amateur cryptographer.

The first thing I tried, was adding up all the values, and I come to a result of 320366 which is a valid thread, although it diverts to BTS, and i'm not sure of any relevance:

www.belowtopsecret.com...

OK, I think i messed that up somehow!!, this is the actual sum (I hope)

www.belowtopsecret.com...

!calc 0x10A6 + 0x78CD + 0x66E1 + 0x901D + 0xE007 + 0x556A + 0x111B + 0xC0C7 + 0x59BF + 0xCDAF + 0x1A1E
0x10A6 + 0x78CD + 0x66E1 + 0x901D + 0xE007 + 0x556A + 0x111B + 0xC0C7 + 0x59BF + 0xCDAF + 0x1A1E = 0x4C950
!calc 0x4C950 in decimal
0x4C950 = 313 680

the thread is actually:www.belowtopsecret.com...

Just as useless a thread tho lol

Look forward to meeting the "real" you.

I just noticed that the file name (011010001a.gif) in binary is equal to 209a.gif. if you divide 208 by 26 it equals 8. so 209 =a would be next in the sequence (with 208=z etc).

So i applied that idea of a sequential alphabet repeating up numerically and converted the hex values to get this:

16 166 120 205 102 225 144 29 224 7 55 106 17 27 192 199 89 191 205 175 26 30
= p j p w x q n c p g c b q a j q k i w s z d

But that doesnt make much sense either

I got to go to sleep now, but maybe that is a direction someone can follow...

I think someone already mentioned this, but the file name converts to "ha" when you translate the binary numbers to ASCii. They're obviously playing a pretty funny joke with that filename.

Jeez,

I am so outta my depth here...

I was pleased I noticed the R U RDY? upside down...

Nevertheless, I'm gonna dive in and chip in where I can.

I remember the last ATS game I followed. It started while I was asleep and was solved by the time I woke up the next morning.

Hope it doesn't happen this time.

Peace,

MGGG

The real game starts really soon.

Just wanted to say its been fun working with you guys, it makes me realize how great ATS can be sometimes.

Best of luck to all.

All of the letters can form RGB pics

ACDEDE = R: 172 G: 222 B: 222

ABCCBF = 171 204 191

CDAFAE = 205 175 174

All the numbers convert from decimal to 1010 in binary or 60 in hex

I have no idea if that's going anywhere.
