Yeah,I have trouble getting my focus sorted,a trillion intrusive thoughts. My jaw is also perma clenched. (I grind my teeth) Very difficult to relax it,if I'm not aware of it half the time.Even when it is relaxed,it's been clenched for so long that it aches and is hard like it's still clenched. But I guess it all comes with practice.
