This is a video posted by Francine, who had a YouTube account under the name of Gottigo. You can search the name in YouTube. Although her account has been closed, many have investigater her claims, and she has been shown to be a hoax, and delusional. Another user that claimes to see aliens everywhere is the UfoKid. Upon viewing her videos before, it appears that she was possibly using laser pointers to create her UFO's.
There are some users that will come up in the search for her videos that have gone to the place where these videos were filmed, and her claims have been proven false.
