What the hell is this program and why it ATS trying to load it onto my computer? everytime I change a page at ATS this jumps up

My system blocks it evertime, it is getting to be quite a pain.

At the bottom of every page there is a Quantcast "widget" (box) that displays our page ranking on the Internet.
It appears it's not working properly at the moment.

quantcast is an independent traffic tracking company. you can see the box on the bottom of the screen. they are, apparently, upgrading their system
at the moment so there might be a glitch as a result.
I'll alert the big boss man to it and see if he can do anything about it.

Internet exporer keeps on saying that the site is not there or unavaible.
Am I the only one that is haveing this problem?

if you pop in www.abovetopsecret.com you can see where we rank. that's what that widget normally shows.
