That's an interesting viewpoint. I found his pictures section of, I don't know, something like over a hundred pictures quite revealing and provocative to say the least. I, having spent many a year in academia (yeah so what does that mean right?) learned a great deal from his web site, and have enjoyed reading his material and listening to him speak. Evidently, however, many would share your views on Maxwell; I just don't know why I didn't learn this a lot earlier??? He's quite profound if you ask me.

www.jordanmaxwell.com...

Website works fine for me though. I personally respect Jordan Maxwell for his insight and he presents a lot of interesting information. However, if he is fabricating a threat on his life to gain attention, I don't think I will still respect him the same. Lets all "do our homework" and get to the bottom of this one!

He's an entertaining speaker but some of his stuff is way off - for instance in one of his videos posted to google he claims that Francis Ford Coppola's father - Carmine, was a Mafia don. Carmine was a composer and arranger, also a violinist for the Detroit Symphony. His only 'connections' were with Paramount Studios, for whom he did some composing.

I think that this is the vid

Of course some of his etymology is way off too. He bases it on words sounding similar - but two words may sound alike and have totally different meanings and origins. Entertaining word play but nothing behind it. It would be like taking the word '
totally' and saying it comes from 'to' and 'ally' meaning come together with allies, or unite - there by referring to a 'whole group'. Of course the reasoning is totally bogus - 'to', 'ally', and 'totally' have completely different origins. When he 'assumes' he makes an 'ass' out of 'you' and 'me'.

I think the guy must have a bit of an inferiority complex because he constantly berates his audience for being ignorant and challenges them to do some research. Considering the shaky ground he's on, that's the last thing he should be telling any one to do.

He does make some valid points about 'astrotheology', though.
