This is not your answer but it might help in the future.

Goto portableapps.com... and download the Portable Firefox. Everything is stored in the portable file so you can easily make backup copies of the whole browser and the FireFox updates when ever it needs to. The browser is fully operational and customizable like the installed program.

That is what I use and I have never had problems with hackers or backups. It is stored on my usb stick and stays with me all the time.

Just thought you might like to know about that.

If you're talking about "Top 50 Subscriptions" on your myATS page you can reconstruct the list with a little work.

Open your profile page and click [posts] at the top of the page. From that list you can see all your recent posts, or you can click [threads] to display threads you have started.

Just open the particular threads you want on the list and subscribe to the threads.
TA-DA..... you have the list back.

I have portable FireFox and i use it on my stick as well...never thought of this though.Thank You very much for your idea.Unfortunatelly now they are deleted already.
I might have to go the route anxietydisorder suggested first, and then keep my fingers off the wrong buttons

Thank you all again for your help.
