Study on Cell phones now tracked

I am extremely new to this site but have been on/off for awhile reading through some thread topics. I don't know if this is a repost but thought it can shed light into an area where people were skeptical about being tracking let alone having conversations being listened too. Though it is extremely brief synopsis of the actual study.
