Broadband providers?

Does anyone know of any broadband ISP that you can sign up with anywhere in the world as long as you got a modem?

My current ISP is absolutely pants!!!

2 weeks without a connection and now I'm only getting 80Kbps from a 2M DSL

Can't even watch a youtube video.. and some web pages take way too long to load or stop half way through..

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Where abouts are you located? What ISP are you with now? Have you tried to troubleshoot the connection speeds with them?

They've sorted it at last.

Only took them 4 engineers, 3 accusations that it was my computer and and 1 fact that it was their fault. And it took them just over a month to sort out.

Now, if I could only make it cheaper...
