What do you think of Pisky's avatar ?

Since the question of my avatar has appeared a few times here, I am intrigued as to what people think of it. Is it cute, is it funny or is it downright creepy and weird?

I obviously like it, since it gave me so much laugher at a time when I was healing from a heart complaint (and, of course, laughter is the best medicine )
