We could start addressing the rape issue by determining how many producers of that type of porn are currently in prison for raping one of the actresses.

Happen to know?

My main issue here certainly isn't the contractual side of it, it is the role of other people imposing their morals on others.

If a jury of Florida retards doesn't like porn, they don't have to watch it. If they find it obscene, thats their choice to avoid seeing it. But preventing other people from viewing a LEGAL product simply because they disagree with it is my problem.

i understand your statement with questioning how many producers are in prison which is valid however like has already been stated several times but seems to be ignored by you is the common knowledge fact that several crimes are underreported and unreported and the fact that the producers have a LOT more leverage in the legal system based solely on the monetary situation of the people involved

People are responsible for their own actions (PERIOD)

Nobody points a gun to their head and makes them do porn.

How can you say this for sure? Sex slavery is huge business.. we don't know if they're bars on the windows or if they were forced in other ways.

Yes I agree sex workers might get stoned in order to 'work'.. others might be drugged though to make sure they don't change their minds.

Because they make decent money... many of them do reality shows. If they are "slaves", it's of their own will.

There is an underground sex slave problem... but most of them are imported from other countries. It's pretty amazing (scary) that it actually still goes on.

very valid of a point that they do make decent money but thats only for those who are higher up in the industry and mainstream

those in the max hardcore as far as my knowledge goes arent those girls you mentioned there more then likely theyre getting 250 bucks screwed and sent on their way when youre dealing with porn on this level last i checked the average going day rate was only around 400 dollars

some girls do several movies a week
some are on max hardcores vids and last a week max then fall into the problems already discussed

I don't think he got in trouble for peddling his porno, he got in trouble for spamming people with it. There was a similar lawsuit against BangBros for Bangbus when it first came out and OxCash got sued for $600,000 for failing to comply with a law that states you have to notify people in the subject line of an email that it contains sexually explicit material so that they know. And they weren't doing that. Main thing is, I think there is more to it than him just selling porn and getting in trouble for it.

And FYI, Miami Florida is PORN CAPITOL next to Los Angeles. If the Florida government really had such a problem with it then OxCash would be out of business. And for those who don't know, OxCash is Bangbros.com and the whole slew of sites they own in their own little billion dollar corner of the porn industry. OxCash is based in Miami Florida.

I'm sure there are some cases like that. That is a broad statement and I should have been more clear. I'm talking about those who attack legal porn, where the participants are willing. It is a personal choice and people should mind their own business.

I see you bringing up the tired Inquisition, Salem Witch Trials, and Crusades examples. But did you forget the tens of millions killed under atheistic regimes in the last century? Apparently so. And did you forget all the good religions have done for humanity? Apparently so.

The context of my comments involved another posters responses claiming that religion has ONLY done good things for humanity.
And there are many modern examples of religion being destructive including scientology, the mormon sects, etc..

I did point out that there were good people who lived positive religious lives but my argument was against someone making a blanket statement that all religions are good and all religious people are good. You must have missed my posts that discussed that.

Also, I was referring to 9/11 regarding yet another religion that was destructive.

The Porn industry victimizes women. That's the issue. it is obscene. You know it is whether you admit or not. If any of yours daughters was doing it you wouldn't like it.

What about strip clubs?
How about the modeling industry?
What about places like Hooters?
OR
Regular restaurants where the girls dress a little sexier to get better tips?
Hollywood?
Some religions that put women in submissive roles such as some forms of christianity?

ALL those things victimize women too. What do we do about all that? Ban everything?

Within reason? And what opinions should be silenced? That determination is made by whom?

Well, the jury in this case.

Simply because people don't agree with an opinion certainly doesn't mean it should be censored/penalized.

That goes against the very foundation of what this country was founded upon.

It would be interesting to poll that jury and find out how many of them attend church on a regular basis.

unpopular opinions must not be censored in any way, in fact they should be held up as a shining example of what freedom truly is.

It's nice to see one or two people here get it like yourself. Good job with your posts

We understand it's not about porn or max, we see the bigger picture.

Are they being victimized when they willingly sign a contract?

Are they being victimized when they get paid?

No.

Your statement is without fact, and is based on nothing more than emotion.

Yes to all the above. Most of them are feeding drug habits. Its a victimization industry and those who spend money on are as morally guilty as the producers.

Please post your statistics that show what you claim.
"Most of them are feeding drug habits"
or is this something you made up and believe to be correct based solely on a feeling without any facts to back up your statement?

well the answer for women sure isn't porn. What a sick joke to advocate that.

Women are harassed precisely because of things like PORNOGRAPHY - we live in a rape culture- women are sex objects.

Pornography doesn't make people rapists. That's absurd. If being exposed to media caused mental problems, you would find me dropping anvils on peoples heads and painting tunnels in the sides of mountains so I can trick a road runner???
Come on. It's the typical excuse. Blame pornography or blame video games or blame anything but the person themselves. Look, the person that would rape, kill, etc.. is mis-wired and the fact that they watch porn or play video games doesn't have any affect on their mis-wired brain.

Don't like it, don't watch it. Stop trying to force your values on others.

OK by that logic whats wrong with 6 year olds in porn? If you don't like don;t watch it. Who are you to impose your values on others?

Don't be absurd. There's a huge difference between CONSENTING ADULTS and a child. You're not even arguing apples and oranges, you're arguing apples and truck tires??????

As I said before, bible thumpers can believe whatever they want, but they cross the line the moment they try to interject their views into other peoples lives.

So by your logic its wrong to impose our values on a pedophile. That's your defense back at you. You can justify anything. Hotler believed what he was doing was right. Does that mean we shouldn't impose our values on him?

All I can say to this rant is...
COME ON.
Really?
REALLY?
Are you serious or are you just trying to get him mad?
Do you actually believe anything you just posted??????
SERIOUSLY?????
I mean COME ON!!!
WOW!!!!!!!

first of all I like porn (god bless internet) so you don't say i'm some kind of religious fanatic.
Before this thread I never heard of this guy but when i read this i downloaded some of his movies.

his movies...

"rape fetish" i don't get - or most of his stuff that is at least weird

second - i would investigate one thing - seems to me that some girls are on heavy drugs getting the same rape "fetish"

I usually don't agree with bans but this guy; can't feel sorry for him
to all of people defending him without arguments
If you didn't watch his stuff - please do so before making a comment

P.S. i'm not familiar with laws in U.S. so can anybody explain me why was he sentenced

does any one remember this case that happened a while back. let me tell you about:

there was this lonely middle aged guy living with his old mother, one day he heard female screams and such from his neighbor's house. so thinking that someone was being raped, he grabbed his antique sword and knocked on his neighbor's door. no body answered so he barged in the house asking for the location of the girl while threatening him with the sword. it turns out that the guy was watching a porn movie and the volume was at max (pun intended). anyway the dude with the sword went to prison for violating someone's privacy.

and all of you need to stop using religion as a scapegoat. its absurd to attack religion here. its like juxtaposing two different things: porn and religion. you guys got no logic, listen to urselves first.

Not sure what this story proves... though I agree. Scapegoats, religion or otherwise, are never good.

You need take your own advice about them (scapegoats), however.

the story i provided proves a dilemma. is it real or not? does violence on TV seem real enough to give bad influence? what is Privacy? does porn disturb the harmony of society?

yes i dont blame porn for all the troubles in this world however, porn is one of the causes of these troubles that will later culminate into something tragic. it can be a leading cause for a dystopic society. I dont use porn as a scapegoat but im sure hell glad that scumbags like max hardcore get punished. my opinions aren't religiously motivated since im not religious in the first place.

I would tend to disagree. If anything, wouldn't porn be a symptom? Not a cause.

You can tell the difference between a symptom and a cause by this test:

Will removing it solve anything?

Nope.

What type of bottom of the barrel porn are you looking at?

The standard for any decent sized/trafficked porn website today, which MH most certainly is, is a rate of $800 for a standard sex shoot, $1200 for anal, and $500 for solo.
