Easy as all get-out, and scrumdidilyumptious!!!
Cook a brisket as you normally would. Once cooked, slice it up (against the grain of course).
Now, on the bottom of a large skillet, lay out 1 sliced white onion. Then lay your brisket slices on top of the onion. On top of the brisket slices
sprinkle 1 package of onion soup mix. On top of the onion soup mix squeeze out 1 package of chorizo. Put the lid on and simmer very low for at
least an hour.
You'll thank me in the morning for how good it was and for the rise in your cholesterol level.
