Footage of Driver/CIA shooting JFK...

Hey everyone I have not really been into the whole JFK conspiracy, but recently I watched this video: video and I notice in frames 308 to 320 this vodep claims to show the driver shooting JFK. Can anyone else see it? Can we get someone to freeze the frame and show his hand go off the steering wheel? I watched the frames 308-320 probably fifty times. Anyone else see it?

there is obvious movement but nothing that can be concrete evidence imo.

Never really looked into the JFK stuff before but I wouldn't put it past the CIA to kill someone illegally

If i'm on the right tracks with you... I always believed the movement from the driver came about as a bullet hit kennedy, exited his throat and then hit the back of the driver causing a jerk-like reaction. Both of them got hit by the same bullet at the same time.

What I think is interesting is the video of the secret service bodyguards around him, strangely they seem to have been ordered away from the president just before he was shot.
