Obama will be the next president but will the war continue as planned?

It clear that Obama will most likely be the next president and he will use the promise that we will pull out of Iraq as his primary playing card. The majority of conspiracy theorists here claim that the war is all part of some "evil" master plan with intentions beyond any presidents power. After his election will we actually pull out of Iraq or will it continue as is?
Thats assuming that Obama does win.
