Ask and you shall receive.

I'll re-read it right now and get some comments up.

Why am I suddenly feeling anxious and apprehensive....

I well, I DID ask for it.

I need some numbing agent which will protect my ego from extensive bruising.

Let the beatings begin!

Not to worry, schro-dog rigged it so it only plays polka when outside FCP boundaries.

They're probably to drunk to notice, though.

Congrats on your debate! You and Sublime did a great job in there.

I must admit I had a bit of a time trying to keep up with all of the back and forth. Economics isn't my thing.

I want to second the fact that Maxmars and Sublime did a hell of a job. Holy Crap I was so lost there for awhile. Economics is definitely not my thing and you guys were all over it.

Sublime...another heartbreaker...

MS, I see you've been hanging out in DATS, and the best you can do is swipe bottled water?!?

I'm culling them into a false sense of security...

They may have a flea-bitten army of delusional critters, but we've got drones!

Oh this is excellent coffee cake. *munch*

Hey, that hole in the wall gives a nice breeze! I think we need to renovate a little. I have high hopes for the secret tunnel system, lead from FCP to the DATS liquor store, that we somehow managed to convince them to dig for us.

TWISI, did you forget the first rule of 24-hour security watch? Never let everyone drink at once.

Great job of the economics debate, guys! Reminds me of an interesting book:

FCP Reading List suggestion:
The Visual Display of Quantitative Information

Don't be fooled by the academic sounding title. This book is gorgeously composed, and would better be titled "How To Lie With Graphs And Charts". Every dirty trick is covered, baseless axes, misleading perspective bar graphs, false grouping, shifting scale, extreme data-to-ink ratio, ambiguous change-vs-velocity representations, everything! A must-have.

Oh YES! Amongst my favorite of topics. I had a bad habit of commenting either by memo or at meetings about our 'reports.' It got so bad with me that I was 'asked' not to include my summaries of the budgetary reports my job pays so highly for. I would routinely tear them apart and bring them closer to reality. My bosses hated it! I learned long ago that at certain levels of consumer, they simply want everything 'sold' to them. At the entrenched core of leadership, there is an aversion to learning.

I will definitely want to read that book! (PS - now at a different job, I have learned no one wants to hear the truth..., if they did, they would tell me what 'it' is. I am diminished.

C'est la vie! They are not the center of my life, simply players on the stage!

I'm like the Boston Redsocks or the Washington Redskins. Either I'm in a slump and can't catch a break (due directly to debating the best of the best) but will come out of it soon, or I am doomed to get so close to victory and always taste defeat.

Ohh those Redskins sure did take a lot of beatings from the Cowboys. In fact, you, semperfortis, and Maxmars kind of remind me of the 90's Cowboys.

This just in...

ATS Fighters will now be subjected to random drug testing as a direct result of the correlation of MS, semperfortis, and Maxmars to the 1990's Dallas Cowboys.

I must have had a long day of work because I don't even remember how I came to these conclusions. I don't even think this post made any sense.

Might have to look into that book. Sounds like a good read.
