And I am a fan of the New York Mets...grew up in Los Angles where everyone is a Dodger fan...the American League is not a favorite...though I was happy to see the steroid infected Bo(Red)Tox win a series...

At least bite off something chewy... the designated hitter rule? There's more wrong with baseball than that!

How about: "Professional baseball players should play every position in every game, rotating between innings."

Now that would get rid of some of the primadonnas!

Thought I'd stop on by this thread for a spell. I have my first debate going, and I've noticed that I haven't really been posting anywhere the last few days. I find this forum to be the most interesting on this site, and that is actually saying alot. Some of you I would find it hard to challenge on but a few topics.

Actually, I think that the topic I accepted for my first challenge became phrased a little different than I would have preferred it. (And I would have loved to have gone second) The truth is, I am not the typical Christian, and definitely loathe the typical doctrine of the organized churches. Maybe if I can keep the debate going in the direction of my second post, I will finally be able to move forward the way I would prefer, you know? But my opponent has made this interesting, and I love a good learning experience. (even on a TNT topic, lol)

Either way, my schedule doesn't really make for good debate time, but when I am done with this first learning experience, I look forward to some other debates with you ATSers!

And I will talk smack for fun if anyone needs it, lol. Later all, Jason
