Giving maria's post the Colbert bump so that I can view it.

Thanks, Sublime!

Is anyone tending the bar this evening?

Of course! I'll always lend a hand, in need. Unless it's too much trouble. What can I mix you up?

[modhide][mutter]Always tending, always 'tender...[/mutter][/modhide]

The well is, of course, yours for the choosing.

Ian, you're too kind!

I think I'd like to start with a little Irish Cream on the rocks. That should hit the spot.

Thanks!

One (err, two) shots of Halewood, coming up!

Oh dear, a stock photo. This really is the well-liquor version!

Nonetheless, enjoy. Care for a splash of peppermint schnapps in that? (Yummy!)

Thank you!

Never tried Halewood. How does it compare to Baileys?

It's the cheap alternative! At least, that's what google said when I searched for "cheap irish cream". I'm sure it's delicious -- only the best for my fellow fighters!

PS: Sorry, MemoryShock said (or at least, I'll say strongly implied) "no more pouring the good stuff while I'm not here!". And that's that, then.

That's just wrong!

This is punishment for my less-than-stellar performance in the debate, isn't it?

That was said facetiously...as I am always here!

You can toss that swill out, Maria...

Have an 'Abbott's Dream'...

As always, amazingly impressive mixology, MemorySir. Of course, of course, your joke, my fault. Maria, a little jest, nothing more, always the purest and best for you...

[mariahide]Now will you start stocking the 'cask strength' Scotch, Mem? Seriously, for the 'flavour' alone![/mariahide]

Hmm, Frangelico and Creme de Banana... there's a joke there, somewhere.... Does sound tasty, though -- think I'll try one!

Are you saying that monks deserve no beter than a monkey diet?

Kind of insensitive, don't you think?

All right, Ian...consider us stocked with the good stuff. Personal preferences will always be accepted, however...

First one's on me and then you'll have to find one of the new Fighters to start living up to their duties...
