I don't know what everybody's talking about.

I'm just trying to help pj with his hacksaw issues.

All I'm saying is that if his saw isn't rigid enough it will be flippy flopping all over the place and bending into all kinds of weird shapes making funny noises and the like.

It's just basic sawing technique people.

No, the blade is tightly fitted. I have seen blades being broken and being flying shrapnel,if sideways pressure is applied.
