Not so sure that would have been a very good debate topic. I did a little research while reading that thread; it turns out that legislation is almost an exact duplicate of one introduced several years ago (by a now-retired CA legislator), that got exactly nowhere. Although I guess one could argue the changed economic climate would have effects, I don't think it really makes a difference, politically.

and underneath it there will be some boxes. Above the top box it says "Use as ATS Avatar". highlight and copy that entire file name in the box, then go to your memcenter and paste that into your avatar file URL box.

If you want one customized with your name, feel free to do it yourself or let me know which one you like and I'll get your name on it for you.

Unfortunately my internet access is limited to 8-5 EST at the moment, but I can be there in spirit.

I feel like living on the edge, so I could accept a position as MS Fanclub consultant if offered.
