Not weeks...and technically the first round won't end until TS and TV finish up...but the process is already well under way on sempers and my end...

And Carrot: I wouldn't worry too much about DATS. I sincerely doubt you'll get an answer in that thread over there but I would be surprised if Admin decided to be that draconian...

Of course I asked. The name of the thread is: DRUNKS Above Top Secret. Drunk (interpreted by me of course) as meaning being in an altered state of mind. Just being safe, that's all.

The odd talk of Baileys, Bourbon and Ice Water hardly constitutes for a reason to ask about FCP in that particular thread. I had considered it, and before I hit send it WAS in my question. BUT, after rolling it around in my head a little longer - I assumed (which may or may not have been a good idea) that one of the Stud-I mean-Modly types, would have posed that question already considering many Mods are Fighters who chill out at FCP. No doubt, this is not the first time they are hearing about that thread - I assume, they would've gotten a u2u about the new policy, before the thread hit the boards.

Even though I have a bee in my bonnet in that thread, I giggled more than a little when I read that post - DATS and FCP would both have to close and we'd be reduced to making moonshine in the regional politics forum (with Ireland taking the lead - it's the poteen y'know )

Having said that, I am far too irate to continue that particular discussion and will recuse myself from further comment in the thread - and anyway, it's time for the football, and a few beers while I watch
