I was dissapointed to find that the posting-limit has been re-instated. We used to have a no-limits thing.

Back to you Memory Shock.

Despite many attempts to get our debate done, it's obvious that it ain't gonna happen.

I have now washed my hands of the football debate - it's scrubbed as far as I'm concerned.

I believe I showed more than a modicum of consideration in stepping aside so that another debate could take place.

And I end up messed about, with no communication as to what is happening.

Again.

So with that in mind, I now have no intention of finishing this debate with sdog.

It's rude and it's out of line to treat a fellow fighter in this fashion.

I am sorry if you felt that I was messing with you, that was not my intention.
I could just not muster up the energy of thought on this subject and kept procrastinating in the hope that I would.
I however assure you it wasn't personal.
I simply should have communicated my apprehension in a better and more respectful manner.

Bah. I've had a nasty little rhinovirus (or something) and have been under the weather for the past few days. Of course I start feeling ill early Saturday morning, and it lasts until late Sunday night... what a weekend. Over it now, though.

I was actually feeling too ill to drink. And for a fighter, that is quite ill indeed.

Semper, you'll be glad to know I alleviated some of my symptoms with aspirin and dextromethorphan - I consider it karmic completion for evading your Socratic Questions.

British vs Foreign managers, which is better

The 3 stages of teambuilding and its merits and effectiveness (Rinus Michaels debate)

Champions League or Chumpions league - is it right that NON champions are in the competition

Are National teams an encumberance or a benefit.

Systems and formations - Rigidity vs Fluidity

Has the influx of TV money helped or hindered the lower leagues

or any other topic of your choosing, if you still have an interest in a debate about my beloved sport.

I ask as a courtesy because I am aware that you found the position too much against your own inclinations in the defunct debate, and am willing to try another topic rather than just post a loss in your debit column.
