To keep you updated, there was a time in the Debate Forum's history where the pennant was only able to be placed in an avatar by SkepticOverlord himself. That tradition was lost at some point and has been brought up again (I would really like to see Admin support of this forum in that vein again).

As a result, I am waiting for when Skeptic has an oppurtunity to address this in between his board concerns and other ATS endeavors...and I am aiming for a redesign...

I suspect that we may have to govern the badge ourselves, which is fine, I just want Admin recognition of my intention and/or their administration of it.
