Happy to be here on page 100! Happier to hear heike Has broom, ice machine, etc. duty as this place was starting to smell since my promotion. And heike, if you need any advice on how to tend the bar around here, feel free to U2U me.


Unfortunately at this historic moment I feel compelled to either:

a) level sexist charges at the PTB of the FCP or

b) go off on a diatribe about how the 'noob' males manage to get off w/o making any effort to improve our environment; whether by cleaning or servicing of The Elders.

or point out that:

c) a and b amount to the same thing

And this leaves us with the only question that can be asked; is it conspiracy or convenient-sexism?

And, as neither of those answers is acceptable for the illustrious reputation and standards the Fight Club Pub represents, I ask you, the great skilfull (and youthful looking, I'm sure) Elders to soul search and remedy this great injustice!

I'm sure you both realize by now that it's only the noobs who react amusingly that we continue to assign bar/cleanup duties to. You know, writing screenplays, dressing in sackcloth, posting amusing images, stuff like that.

But that's a good question -- where are Oscitate and FSBA? Hmm.. of course, since you're both here, and there's both a mop and a broom.... naah, never mind, the Pub's pretty clean right now, other than the hole in the wall. Got any carpentry tools?

But since an "Elder's" opinion was asked for, I guess we'll wait until Semper shows up. *ducks*

Thanks for the congratulatory words, although I hope to find a more worthy opponent the next time around *eyes Dingbat*.

As for MikeSingh (another MS in this place... sigh.. making easy acronyms just that much harder), it won't be me. He is an Elder -- who I am sure also looks v. youthful -- and I still 'fledge' (if that's not a word, it should be. I insist!).

It's too bad because I would have been interested in taking on the Codex Alimentarius. It's a really interesting topic, and something I definitely want to know more about than I do.

I'm not sure how I'll feel about starting another debate right away. Let's see how this one goes first – I still have a lot of work to do on it.
