Protesting parents in China dragged off

DUJIANGYAN, CHINA -- Chinese police today dragged away more than 100 parents who were protesting the deaths of their children in poorly constructed schools that collapsed in last month's earthquake.

The parents, many holding pictures of their dead children, were pulled down the street away from a courthouse in this resort city northwest of the Sichuan provincial capital of Chengdu.

China seems to be having problems keeping their citizenry in line before their Olympic World stage debut. People instinctively want freedom and the freedom to express yourself especially in greif, these people have lost their children due to substandard construction when building [schools] collapsed due to last months earthquake.

those bereft parents deserve an answer from the government,on chinese forums it is also a very hot topic and reported on major newspapers everyday,the central government promised to investigate thoroughly on this issue,i've got a feeling that there must be some corruption issues related to those collapsed buildings and heads will roll.
